Rentennials Host Features: Guide for Hosts

If you're already part of Rentennials, you know that your time and the tourists' experience are key to getting your vehicle rented more and better. That's why today we're sharing a practical guide with the basic features you need to know to manage your cars from the platform.

First, go to the "My Vehicles" dropdown menu and select the car you want to configure. From there you will be able to do everything necessary to keep your fleet or personal vehicle always ready for the next tourists.

Within the vehicle details, you'll find the Monthly Prices option:

• Assign a value for the current month.
• Set values for future months.

Ideal for people who book today but want to use the vehicle in the coming months. This way, you can adjust your rates according to season or demand.

Add services that add value to your rentals!

• Baby seat → set a single value per rental.
• Airport → add a value per leg (one-way or round trip).

This way, the tourist can choose these extras and you earn additional income.

Is a long holiday, weekend, or special event coming up?

Inside the vehicle details, look for the "Special prices" button and:

1. Select a date range.
2. Set a different value for those days.
3. Confirm.

You can create as many special prices as you want!

This allows you to take advantage of high-demand periods.

If your vehicle won't be available for any reason:

1. Go to the vehicle details.
2. Scroll down to "Block dates".
3. Enter the range during which it won't be available.

This prevents bookings on dates when you won't be able to deliver the car and keeps your schedule organized.

For vehicles available at any time, activate Automatic Approval:

• From the vehicle detail, click the button next to this option.
• You can disable it at any time.

This way, tourists can book without waiting for your prior confirmation, streamlining the process.
