Download our app for <android>Android</android> or <ios>iPhone</ios>. We also recommend making sure automatic app updates are enabled so you always have the latest version.

Download the app

In the dropdown menu, you'll find a new button called <important>List Vehicle</important>. Follow the steps, upload photos, and describe the condition of your car. Remember, you can list as many vehicles as you want.

List your vehicle

You can sign up using your <important>Facebook,</important> <important>Google</important> account, or your <important>App Store ID</important>. Then we recommend filling out your profile with your details, including a contact phone number.

Create your profile

At this stage, our team will verify your information and enable you to list vehicles. The app will notify you when you're ready to publish.

Data verification

You must deliver the vehicle clean, in optimal condition, and with a full tank of fuel. You can find <important>pick-up and return tips</important> in the reservation details.

Final recommendations

Both you and your client can cancel a reservation <important>up to 48 hours</important> before the rental starts using the <important>Cancel Reservation</important> button. This will enable a chat with our corporate WhatsApp to explain the reason for cancellation. Final cancellation will be manually processed by our team, and the reservation fee will be refunded.

Cancel a reservation

When a user sends you a rental request, the app will notify you. You'll need to go to the <important>My Requests</important> section and either accept or reject the request under <important>Pending</important>.

All rejected or unpaid requests will be listed under <important>Others</important> and cannot be reactivated, so make sure you’re certain when approving or rejecting a rental.

Request rejection

If you approve the user's request, the rental status will move to the <important>Approved</important> section. At this stage, the customer will receive a notification to pay the reservation and continue with the process.

Request accepted

<important>48 hours prior</important> to the handoff, you’ll be able to add the security deposit through the check-in section within the request. We will hold an amount on a credit card as a deposit against any unforeseen incidents.

Remember that Rentennials provides an intermediary service between you and your client. We will provide a third-party rental agreement that both parties must sign before starting the rental. If you have any questions, you can contact our support team via <important>ayuda@rentennials.app</important> or <important>WhatsApp</important>.

When your client pays the reservation fee, you'll receive a new notification and the status will change to <important>Confirmed</important>. At this point, you can communicate with your client through <important>WhatsApp</important> to coordinate pick-up and return.
