We recommend downloading our app from Google Play or Apple Store, registering, and immediately accessing a complete catalog of vehicles based on your selected location.
Reservations must be made through our website or app.
Steps:
1. Filter your search by city, dates, and time to find the ideal vehicle.
2. Select and send a request!
3. Before that, we’ll ask you to register by filling in some personal details.
4. Once the request is sent, the host must accept it so you can pay a reservation fee. (You can send multiple requests to different vehicles; some will have an instant booking option.)
5. With the payment, your vehicle is reserved. The remaining amount will be paid directly to the host when receiving the vehicle.
6. Don’t forget to complete the check-in in time before pickup!
Absolutely! At Rentennials, we prioritize the safety of our users above all else! We carefully verify the identity of hosts and renters as well as their vehicles. All vehicles also include insurance coverage to protect you during your trip. Our payment system is 100% secure and encrypted to ensure your peace of mind with every transaction.
Our hosts care about providing an excellent experience, and you’ll be able to rate them after the rental! - Have a credit card where a security deposit will be held, based on the vehicle, as a guarantee for the rental period.
When you send a rental request, the host must approve it within 24 hours. Once approved, you can reserve the vehicle by making a payment. Payment must be made through our platform using a credit or debit card. The payment gateway may vary by country (e.g., MercadoPago or Stripe). The remaining amount is paid when receiving the vehicle.
You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your trip and receive a full refund of the reservation fee. After that, the renter cannot claim that amount, which will be used partly as compensation for the host.
Yes, you can add an additional driver for free during check-in. The additional driver must be over 25 years old and have a valid physical license.

All vehicles include insurance. In minor incidents, the host and renter can agree on a fee without charging the deposit. In more serious cases, the deposit will be used to involve the insurance.
Fines are the renter’s responsibility and must be paid in full. Since fines are not always issued immediately, if a fine is reported after the rental period, the renter is still responsible for paying it.
During the request process, the system will ask if you want delivery to a city location (free) or to the airport (may have a cost). The host must deliver the vehicle clean and with a full tank, and you must return it the same way. You can ask us or the host about delivery fees for locations far from the vehicle's zone.
Although the vehicle’s safety is the host’s responsibility, Rentennials only accepts well-maintained vehicles with few years of use. If a vehicle is reported in poor condition, it will be removed immediately. Rentennials requires hosts to have insurance authorized for car rental without a driver. It is the host’s responsibility to keep the insurance updated and provide a copy of the policy to the client at delivery.

You must complete all steps so the host can deliver the vehicle.
- 1. Driver’s Info: Information of the person who will drive.
- 2. Driver’s License: Take photos of a valid physical license (no digital versions accepted).
- 2. Identity Verification: Grant access to your phone’s camera. Follow the instructions to verify your identity (must be the driver).
- 3. Additional Driver: You can add one for free (must be over 25). (Optional)
- 4. Security Deposit: (Enabled after identity verification and 48 hours before the rental). A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card in USD for the rental duration and refunded at the end. This amount is not charged, only held. (Refunds may take up to 10 days depending on your bank).
- 5. Contract Signature: Sign the digital contract to start your rental! (You’ll receive a code via email; check spam or change your email if you don’t get it).
The security deposit is an amount held on a credit card (debit or prepaid cards are not accepted) for the rental duration. This amount covers possible damages in case of an incident.
After the rental ends, if no incident is reported, the deposit is fully refunded to the same credit card used. Refunds may take up to 10 days.
Important! The amount is not charged—only held against your credit limit without generating any fees, taxes, or other charges.
Each host sets the allowed kilometers/miles per day. Some offer unlimited mileage; others have limits. Minimums may start at 300 km/day, which accumulate over your rental period. For example, a 2-day rental gives you 600 km total. Exceeding this total incurs extra charges: half-day rate for every extra 150 km. For example, if you drive 700 km in 2 days, you pay half a day extra; 800 km would be a full extra day, and so on in 150 km increments.
In reality, it’s rare to exceed these limits unless you travel long distances between provinces/states.
Unfortunately, no. The primary driver must be over 25. Any rental paid for without meeting this requirement will be canceled.
